No trade. Corvette is 4-speed automatic. While I'm not exactly a manual-or-nothing type of person, the 4-spd transaxle in the C5 vette sapped too much from the enjoyment of the car. If that 'Stang has a 5-spd, its more fun to drive.

partial yes.
I think that car is a tad overpriced, and it isn't manual. I'd check forums or other avenues too for a possibly better car.
But yeah, I would easily trade that any day.
